When Your Life Is Stuck In a Rut

Here are five more ways to get out of a rut:
- Change your routine. Try to break bad habits.
- One day at a time. Do not succumb to worry and anxiety.
- Look closely at the people you spend time with. Negative people will bring you down.
- Take personal responsibility. Do not blame others. Look deep inside yourself and realize that God has uniquely gifted you.
- Spend more time in prayer. “Cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you.”
- Be self-aware. Know thy self and know the signs. Look for the trigger that will send you back to a rut.
