My Life on a 3 x 5 Digital Course demonstrates how to design a custom framework for daily success. The course includes six components; three are Mindsets and three are Motivators. One of the Mindsets is Gratitude


Each day I cultivate a Mindset of Gratitude through the daily discipline of writing down three things I am grateful for.

 

The Discipline of Gratitude Benefits

1.  Improved mental health – Studies show when you write letters of gratitude or write down things you are grateful for, your mental health is better than people who do not practice this discipline. 

2.  Improved physical health – A grateful person sleeps better and has a stronger immunity.

3.  Relationships – As part of my Discipline of Gratitude, I write personal notes. Undoubtedly, this practice has strengthened my social bond with hundreds of people through the years.

4.  Resilience – Gratitude helps keep things in perspective and refocus on positive emotions. Being thankful guides us to take an optimistic, solution approach to life’s challenges.
