Here Are My Five Main Time Deposits
Manage
I manage systems, processes, budgets, and agendas. I don’t manage people.
Make
I make products, videos, blogs, trainings, and keynotes.
Matriculate
I matriculate (learn) 10-15 hours a week. I can’t “make” if I don’t matriculate.
Mobilize
I mobilize team members and empower people to lead.
Mitigate
I mitigate unnecessary activities. Busyness does not equate to effectiveness. We know about a “to do list,” but a “not to do list” is significantly more important.
