Casey’s daily routine of hiking 15 miles wasn’t an overnight feat. Joining him for just 5 miles up a tough mountain showed me it took consistent, small steps over two years to get there. He tracked his progress daily, bringing him from hiking 2 miles to 15 miles daily.

Consistency isn’t about doing everything all at once. It’s making a long-term promise to keep pushing forward every day toward a specific goal. To practice consistency effectively as leaders, here are some straightforward tips:

  • Set Clear Goals: Having a clear picture of what you want to achieve is like aiming at a target before you shoot. It helps direct your efforts toward a specific outcome.
