When it comes to good health, the key is finding a plan that works for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, but consistency is what makes the difference.
Here’s an example of what works well for me:
Five Things I Do for My Health
- Eat Whole, Plant-Based Foods
I focus on a whole food, non-processed, plant-based diet, occasionally adding grilled chicken or turkey. Eating clean fuels my body and keeps my energy strong. - Exercise 5–6 Times a Week
If you’re just starting, try every other day. Consistency matters more than perfection.
- 30 minutes of high-intensity training
- 25–30 minutes of additional cardio
- Stay Hydrated
Drinking plenty of water throughout the day keeps your body functioning at its best. - Get 7–8 Hours of Sleep
Sleep is where your body repairs, restores, and recharges. Don’t underestimate its importance. - Supplement My Diet
I support my nutrition with vitamins and minerals when needed.
Three Things I Don’t Do for My Health
- No Alcohol or Drugs
2. No Tobacco
3. Low Stress Lifestyle
These habits help me stay focused, energized, and ready to take on each day.
Remember, you don’t have to be perfect, just be consistent. Small choices made daily lead to big results over time.
Your health is your greatest asset. Protect it. Invest in it. Prioritize it.
Be intentional. Be consistent.
Be one in a million.
