Predict where the organization is going and how to get there; work on the organization.
Be prepared to make short term plans (90 Days); long term plans (1-5 years).

Following systems will lead to sustainability.
Systems to include are Core processes, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources, Budgeting, and Customer Care (i.e., My Facebook Live involves a 19 step process).
CORE ABILITY #5
Organize to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.
Be agile (quick to respond to changes in the market, what’s not working, mistakes, etc.).
I encourage you to evaluate yourself in each of these core abilities. In the areas you are weak, continue to learn and improve by hiring a coach, reading books and listening to podcast/Facebook live.
