When I use the phrase, “Don’t be a genius,” I am not saying you shouldn’t be smart, or an expert in your field of expertise. What I am saying is a genius can act in a way that is detrimental to their leadership. Let me encourage you to be a genius maker by empowering others to reach their full potential.
